#Let's write software
to rethink your year.
Billiam helps manufacturing and logistics companies in Mexico & the US launch AI-powered solutions by hiring a two-engineer team for a six-week build.

#An event you can plan around.
We help you launch an opinionated, fixed-length, end-to-end engagement with two engineers from Billiam. One plays the role of a "forward deployed" applied-AI engineer (this is usually Kevin) and the second an infrastructure engineer.

#Is this a potential fit?
Let's skip right to it: this is a checklist of issues to be sure our plan is the right fit.
- •You run a logistics or manufacturing firm.
- •You are actively looking to invest in a digital transformation project that may or may not include AI.
- •Your internal team can own the product long term, but you want a starting point built by third-party experts.
- •You want the productivity of a small team with little red-tape.
- •You do not need an entire startup in a box: you have a specific component in mind that needs building.

Kevin is a highly product-focused engineer, always anchoring technical decisions to customer needs and the broader product vision. This focus helped drive BlueCargo's product in a direction that was both strategic and user-centered.

Kevin is an experienced fullstack developer who understands unfamiliar business requirements quickly and can work autonomously under urgent deadlines. However, his most important quality is his professional and positive attitude which enables him to adapt quickly in new client's environment.

What kind of AI solutions do you build for manufacturing?
We work with your team to identify digital transformation opportunities, stand up infrastructure, and start encoding your domain expertise into digital workflows and AI tools. That might mean connecting disparate systems into unified dashboards, building LLM-powered tools for equipment maintenance documentation, or demand sensing from your own sales and service data. The goal is practical solutions your team will actually use.
Do you work with companies in Mexico?
We've worked in supply chain in the United States, Southern Africa, and Germany, but in 2026 we're excited to expand into Mexico. We speak Spanish, work in your timezone, and design solutions for how Mexican supply chains & manufacturing operations can take advantage of AI & digital transformation.
Can you tell me more about your pricing?
$85K USD for a 6-8 week project. Fixed scope, fixed price—no hourly surprises. This is roughly what you'd pay for 3-4 months of a senior developer who still needs to learn your industry. We show up ready to build.
How do we get started?
Send us a brief description of your biggest operational pain point—what's slowing you down, where you're stuck in Excel hell, or what data you wish you had. We'll schedule a discovery call to scope a fixed project. Half payment up front, half at the end. We begin when everything is signed.
Who should I bring from my team?
The owner or operations director who feels the pain daily. Technical background not required—we translate between shop floor reality and software. Bonus if you can loop in a plant manager or shift supervisor who knows where the real bottlenecks live.
How long until we see results?
Most projects show measurable impact within the first 8 weeks. We prioritize quick wins—your team starts using the tools during the build, not after. By the end of the engagement plus support period, you'll have real data proving ROI: time saved, errors reduced, visibility gained.
